Terms of Service
By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the following terms of service below:
I. General Terms
Please provide references of the characters or people to be drawn, including pose and facial expression (preferably visual, but if visual reference is unavailable please describe them specifically).
If there are multiple illustration pieces, each having different characters, please provide a list.
Maximum number of characters in one illustration is 4. Each additional character is +50% of the chosen art style.
Reselling of commissioned artworks is not allowed (including reproduction of artworks as t-shirts, keychains, prints, and other merchandise) unless negotiated with between the artist and client.
Minting of commissioned artworks for NFTs or blockchains are strictly prohibited.
Feeding my art to AI-generating sites, regardless if it is personal art or commissions, is prohibited.
Clients are not allowed to claim the commissioned artworks as their own.
Removal of the artist’s watermark/signature is not allowed.
Clients will be regularly updated on the progress of their commission and receive a low-resolution JPG of each phase (sketch, line art, flat color, render)
II. Payment
Orders are made based on payment first basis / ”first pay, first served”
Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront
The artist will not start making the artwork unless the client has paid first
The currency accepted is USD or PHP only
Payments can be made via Paypal
III. Revisions
Maximum of 3 major revisions is allowed. Fourth or more revisions will have + 3% additional fees
IV. Cancellations and Refunds
If the client cancels the commission, they will receive a refund depending on which phase the illustration is stopped at:
Not Started/Sketch - 100% refund
Line Art - 80% refund
Flat Color - 50% refund
Render - no refund
If the artist is unable to complete the artwork within 6 months the client will receive a full refund regardless of phase.
Once the artwork is completed, it is non-refundable.
V. Posting on Social Media
If the client allows the artist to post the commissioned artwork on social media, the art will be Glazed to prevent theft from AI-generating sites.
Final art commissions sent straight to commissioners won't be Glazed, but if the client intends to post it, a Glazed version of the artwork will be provided.
